Guidelines to consider:
  • Minimum Initial Order: $2,500 (some exceptions apply)
  • Payment Options: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, ACH, PayPal, Wire, or if approved, Net 30 or 60 terms after your first three orders with us.
  • Resale Policy: Selling Coolibar merchandise on Amazon or other third-party sites is not allowed (your own website is excluded but must be approved).
  • Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 5-10 business days of release.
  • Returns: Allowed only if the product was received incorrectly or damaged.
What to expect?
  • Approved partners will be required to sign an agreement.
  • Each partner is paired with a Sales Representative to support your retail goals.
